1. Private Stables
These are the private stables that the horses and staff at CSS are only able to use. It has 25, 3.65m x 3.65m (12ft x 12ft) oak wood stables. Has a private tack room with lockers, tack cleaning stations and coffee nook. Seating area for viewing the indoor arena or for use as a de-brief room. Two hot water wash bays, one with a solarium, two mare and foal stalls. Feed room.

2. Private Indoor Arena
Indoor arena for use by CSS staff and horses. Large windows on both long sides with oak wood panels. Exit/entrance to the connected out door arena. Wall storage for jump poles but mainly used as a dressage arena. Flexi-Fibre footing.

3. Private Outdoor Arena
Large outdoor school for CSS staff. Mainly used as a jump arena. More wall storage for jump poles as well as storage for jump wings just outside the arena. Flexi-Fibre footing.

4. Walker
Mainly for use by CSS staff but boarders can use at request. Room for five horses with three speeds and can change direction. Covered and available for use in all weather. Flexi-Fibre footing.

5. Round/lunge Pen/Yard
Private round yard. can be used as turnout for weight management or as a lunge pen. Flexi-Fibre footing.

6A/B. Paddocks
Paddock for use by CSS horses. Most horses have 24/7 turnout unless they have a medical reason not to or do not enjoy it. All horses are paddocked with at least one buddy to keep them company. Some horses may have their own sectioned area if they are not friendly.

7. Private Parking
Private car and/or trailer parking for CSS staff.
