This is basically a grenade/explosive slug launcher that has two barrels - each a different caliber. The operator can switch between either. The top barrel loads a larger shell from the rear magazine, that can be lobbed at the target, using the attached sight. The smaller barrel under the large one, launches a smaller caliber explosive or shotgun round, depending on what's needed. It's a semi-auto magazine-fed as opposed to a drum-fed system.
