Iray. Inspired by the recent George HD (for G3M), I thought 'do I have the tools to do something similar with G2M?' And yes.
Heavy setting from the comprehensive head/body morph pack, a bunch of aging morphs from Zev0's aging thing, vascularity morphs, Really Short Hair (Laticis) and Unshaven 2 (Mec4D). The basic skin is Marius/Horror Survivor, which is a really nice grungy/old looking surface.
