this isn't quite finished, but sufficiently enough to unveil to DA, as of now, it as no name. But the image has lost it's original meaning, I think. Which was about truth and sexual frustrations, now I believe it's entirely based off of sexual frustration and maybe a tiny bit of truth.

Don't remember the dimensions at current moment. I'll have them for when I put the finished product up in an update. But it's done entirely with charcoal, on water color paper.
