Update: 4/3: Ok so I know I said this was previously finished, but based on feedback I've received I made some much needed changes to it. Hopefully you're all happy now. haha.
Update: It’s finished! Here’s the final version of the Sakura Haruno piece I’ve been working on.

I'll never tell my secrets. Bwahahahaha. Actually I just use Photoshop CS6. I use the lasso tool a lot and the smudge tool. That's pretty much it. Also the liquefy filter helps a lot to make adjustments without breaking pixels.

This is such a beautiful picture. I use to really kind of dislike this character before I realized how developed and strong she was, though I always found her to be quite beautiful. She is a brilliant and important character, indeed!

Thanks! I'm glad you mentioned that because I spent a lot of time on her eyes nose and mouth especially since I don't think I'm that good at drawing those things. I had to change her mouth like 20 times before I thought it looked ok.
