From the first ever Superman story. The woman, Bea Carroll, murdered a man and framed another woman for it, so Superman got her to sign a confession and delivered her to the Governor. I absolutely love that he not only tied her up, but gagged her as well. Female criminals being bound AND gagged while waiting to be taken in is just so hot to me. I think it’s just the fact that she doesn’t really need to be gagged, so it just makes it extra humiliating, adding insult to injury.
