- You can resell it for any price you want, even if its more then what you bought it for. That's just how business works imo.

- You can edit or re-design it any way you want, the design is YOURS once you buy it, just don't claim you created the original.

- You can use it in commercial projects.

- You can trade or gift it to anyone you please.

- You can....use it for NFT and all that, it will be your design after all, even though I personally think that stuff is kind of dumb (just being honest)
