My region has a different type chart but that doesn't matter for starters regardless due to not having a rival, at least not in the traditional sense. Your potential rivals already have teams regardless of which starter you choose.

This made it difficult to choose which starters to have, I am actually considering just having a normal type without evolution and having these starters available for capture (Rare ofc)
