Same as this picture I previously posted willm3luvtrains.deviantart.com… except this comes with directions on the right on how to color Arthur and what colors I used to color him. It's a list of the Red, Green, Blue color and you can access this in Paint by selecting Edit Colors.You may do as I did, which is why I left the directions, (actually I left them for myself) or, of course, color Arthur however you want.
