Your technique is quite good here alas though... I dunno: Ive just been having trouble getting a feel for this new take on the TF look. Especially Optimus - as a kid I mean EVERYONE has the same image of optimus in their head. Even beast wars stayed true to it to some degree. This.... I dunno. Too different? Too HUMAN. I think thats my issue. The TFs arent supposed to be human and thats whats really eating at me. Humanoid, yes, but not human.
