nope, if you look carefully... i have only used straight lines drawn to the tangents of the ball, creating the illusion that the ball is resting on the elastic.

Interesting. It does work with one single line. What I'd done---and I tried a number of times----was putting it in squares and circles. It will not stay in a circle, but I can make it bounce off of lines.
