Whatever happened to Goldenskip to make him evil? Well, this. When he was four moons old, his sister Patchkit was killed in a dog attack, and after that traumatic event, Goldenskip grew up thinking that only the strongest should survive, and so, he began killing off weaker cats. At first, it could be argued that he initially thought he was doing a good thing for his clan by picking off weak cats, but obviously, murder is bad, and he definitely was not. But he never stopped, and began to enjoy the sensation of killing weak cats more and more, he killed his first apprentice and was trying to do the same to Runningpaw, up until he was exiled. This is also why he targeted Reedwing over her sister, Reedwing was a medicine cat– cats that Goldenskip saw as weaklings who were beneath him.
