The black and white tone creates a mysterious feeling to this picture, and the concept is really nice

Since you submitted for feedback, I have some suggestions for you:
- I could see the model is tilting to the left side a little, so maybe you could try to crop this image, to the point where her arms are symmetric, and it would make a nice impression.
- The dark surrounding got so much space, so you could also try to crop the surrounding a little, so that her body could be bigger in the photo frame. You may add more sharpness to the model to expose her body outline more. 
 
However, this is really an interesting image! The hands that are holding her are somehow creepy, but that is very impressive. Good job!
