Mossaur and Allosear are Fossil Pokemon, coming from Moss and Lava Fossils respectively. Kaburtle is similar in that it comes from a Frozen Shell. Voletage and Resistoat are more or less Expies of Pikachu and Raichu, except that Voletage evolves into Resistoat by level up.
