Personality
Shawn is an absolute strong goofball (like THAT hasn’t already been done to death). He finds it nice to be in good company, especially his boyfriend. He’s also a fan of the cold, which sorta makes sense given his clothing choices and ethnicity. He’s as sweet and soft as a marshmallow, as toasty as a s’more, and as ripped as a Chimp (almost). You can guess why Tim loves him so.

But don’t let that fool you. Shawn may be an absolutely adorable Human-but he is still a Human, and Humans are known to express great anger. Shawn is no exception-on the rare occasions when he’s pushed too far, he may hit the ground so hard that new continents form. But most times, he’ll prefer to cry it out and watch as his boyfriend melts his assailants.

Is there such a thing as being adorable and powerful at the same time? Yes there is. Shawn Typefunt has a family history of muscles, strength and cold places, so it makes sense why he likes strength and the cold. As well as being the second-gayest thing alive (male category), Shawn has two jobs-a medic and an Adventurer, both in the Rougedom of Loathing.

Given the nature of his dads, you wouldn’t expect this lovable bastard to be so lovable. Said dads-Charlie and Nick-used to work for the Master Human Race, which was an organisation with the prime objective to eliminate Non-Human People worldwide. They only worked here because they needed the money for Rent and Beanos, however.

But after the MHR was disbanded after the British branch of it was destroyed, Shawn’s parents moved to the Rougedom in order to better themselves and to raise their little man in a great environment. It was around this time that Shawn met Timothy Copperhead, though their parents were a bit on edge when they first met (Shawn’s parents did try to kill Tim’s parents, after all).

But all that’s now in the past. With a combination of diet, exercise and encouragement, Shawn grew up to be an absolute muscly BEAST of a boy (or man, technically). He aspired to become a medic, but Tim-now his boyfriend-got him to be an Adventurer too. Don’t ask how that works. Shawn still works in these environments-and he loves it when he works with his bae.
