This is a story I wrote a few years ago and posted on the now defunct Mistress Destiny Femdom Forums under the name toiletman80 so thought I'd repost it on here now. If you like the idea of hot girls walking directly over the top of you then hopefully you should enjoy this.

In the year 2025 the prison population was exploding and costing tax payers enormous amounts of money to fund, this was unfortunately causing other vital services such as hospitals and schools to go underfunded while also causing various government infrastructure projects which were extremely important to the growing population to be postponed or cancelled due to lack of money.
Eventually the general public got sick of this and called on the government to come up with a solution, they wanted the prison budget slashed and called for cheap ways of housing prisoners.
The public also wanted the lawmakers to set an example for other would be criminals as a type of deterrent, which had eventually started to led to the idea of housing prisoners in a public setting for everyone to see.
The idea that once a would be criminal could see exactly what would happen to him if he broke the law and was caught then this would hopefully help change his mind and stop him from committing the crime at all.
So after much discussion and debate on the issue the government finally came up with the idea of housing prisoners in small underground cells located underneath busy public areas.
They also decided that since the prison population was overwhelming male that only males would be forced into these outdoor prisons.
The design was very similar to a medieval oubliette, however there were a few differences such as the prisoners being forced to lie down face up underneath a steel grating which would be located only about 1 foot above their trapped faces plus for extra security they were also strapped down inside these so called ‘prison drains’ meaning movement inside was almost impossible, all they could do was look up helplessly as people walked directly over the top of them as went about there normal daily business above them.
They also installed a tube over their penis and one underneath the prisoners anus which was connected to the sewage system for the waste to go down for hygiene reasons and stop any bad smells from bothering the passersby above.
Also for hygiene reasons they were hosed down with cold water once a day first thing in the morning by prison contractors no matter what time of the year which was particularly cruel on the prisoners in the middle of winter when the outdoor conditions were absolutely freezing and they had no way of warming themselves up once they had been sprayed with the water, however this was simply considered as just another part of their punishment
They were only permitted to wear flimsy prison overalls which offered no warmth whatsoever so the cold only added to their suffering.
Then just to add even more to their punishment while cutting down on costs the prisoners were also kept permanently hungry, only being feed one small bowl of tasteless gruel at the end of each day and given a small drink of water which was enough to keep them alive but never enough to ever really alleviate their thirst and hunger.
Finally each prisoner was fitted with a shock collar around his neck which would measure any tiny vibrations around his voice box area meaning if he tried to talk or make any type of sound then the device would automatically pick up on the vibrations and administer an extremely painful electric shock.
This stopped any of them from shouting abuse, begging for food or generally bothering members of the public that were walking over the top of them freely enjoying their day.
So overall they found this new from of public incarceration was proving to be very successful with the crime rate falling dramatically after only the first year of it being put into practice however there were still a few criminals around that were willing to risk their freedom despite the dreadful consequences of being put under an oubliette.

35 year old James Smith was one such prisoner who had thought he’d take his chances however he had been caught, arrested and in no time sentenced to 10 years underneath a prison drain.
The charge had been attempted sexual assault of a young schoolgirl who was innocently minding her own business while walking home after her classes had finished for the day.
James had noticed the girl in her school uniform complete with the white skirt and pulled up white socks and just couldn’t control his urges so made the despicable decision to force himself on her.
Thankfully for the young girl though as soon as he had grabbed her and tried to drag her into some nearby bushes her loud screams had then attracted a nearby group of passersby who as luck would have it all happened to be very large and strong men who had stopped the attempted rape before it could happen then held him down on the ground until the police arrived.
So for his sentence it was decided that as punishment he should be forced underneath a prison drain located at the entrance way of the all girls college that his victim went to so that all of the girls who attended could see that justice was being served every time they entered or left the building.
It would also be very degrading and humiliating for him as well having all of these schoolgirls literally walking over the top of him all day as if he were nothing more than a worthless speck of dirt while all of their shoe soles stepped only mere inches above his trapped face.
Plus just to add even further to his punishment the steel mesh grating also acted as a shoe scrapper for the girls to scrape the bottoms of their shoe soles on if they happened to be especially dirty so all of their mud, filth and whatever other nasty things they had stuck to them would fall down directly onto his face as well.
So as soon as he had been bought to the college the four big burly policemen who were escorting him to his fate wasted no time in forcing him inside his small new specially made drain prison outside the entrance way.
He was then strapped down before having the necessary tubes attached for his waste to go into, then to finish off he was fitted with the shock collar around his neck, meaning he could no longer make anymore sounds without having an extremely painful electric shock administered to him.
Once he was securely fastened the steel grating was then lowed down over the top of him before being thoroughly locked into place as well, he was then left to start his sentence.

James had spent a large part of his life treating woman like dirt, using his physical strength to take advantage of them while doing exactly what he wanted with them, literally walking all over them just to satisfy himself and his own urges, now fittingly as karma would have it he was the one who was now about to be getting walked all over.
