Here is some face shading practice~ because I'm unsatisfied with the way I draw eyes. Also, I have always illustrated as a hobby, but I'm thinking of returning back to the basics and working my way up again so that I can illustrate properly. I've learned that never having learned them causes me problems and will continue to do so..I may start seriously studying art now.

I was too lazy to draw a shirt, so let's just say she's wearing a sleeveless one, okay? She's not wearing nothing!

What do you think of these types of eyes? Using different colors in eyes is cool! I see a lot of people doing it, but I should see how different colors compliment eachother. Subtle details are important too, by the way, I've found that skipping steps I thought weren't important can really mess up the end results. It's good to see what works for you.

I like the kind of art style that's used in Who Made Me a Princess and various shoujo type series..
