Good guess, but wrong.
I haven't seen the Russian Series really (except for the first episode) so I couldn't tell if it looks like him or not... coincidence if it does.
It is rather tricky to recognise him. Many actors actually do somehow look like Holmes as we all imagine him so if we draw him we manage to make him look Holmesy but not neccessarily like the actor behind the character. I failed with this. xD

I don't think it is easy to guess the actor, the drawing I did has absolutely no resemblence to the actor. xD I am sorry, I need to do this agaaaain! xD

It's Ronald Howard, in the TV series from 1954. *cough cough*

I haven't seen the TV series from 1954 so I couldn't know :/
But now after I googled some images I have to say that you can recognize him
And there's no need to apologize, I really like the picture ^^
