Albedo wields an upgraded version of Ultimatrix with special feature that gives Albedo access to Ultimate forms. The Evolutionary Function works by placing the DNA of the alien in a certain simulation, making it suffer the worst possible scenario in millions of theoretical years in order to "force" evolution in the genetic code in the virtual environment, the evolutionary developments are then modified into the existing DNA. With each use of this function, the device generates different simulation, so each Ultimate form is different in appearance and has various powers.I thought that if Rath's original form is tiger-like, his evolved form will have body more lion-like. So he's got a cool mane, two claws on each hand, and he is much stronger and faster. His powers are mainly based on emotion such as anger or fury. Whenever he gets angry, his claws and muscles grow larger and his strength increases.
And yes, his personality didn't change. He is still "LEMME TELL YA SOMETHIN'"!
