Description
This is my first submission here on DeviantArt.I created a 2024 new year wallpaper with the Philippine flag (styled in X's Twemoji) to celebrate the new year (also today is January 1 so I wanted to submit here).
Note: Do not mind the Windows logos on the bottom. These were a prominent part of my original 2023 wallpaper which can be found on my post on X: twitter.com/Microsoft365CrE/st…
