NOTE: This has been superseded by the OS Sound Kit, which you can download at: www.deviantart.com/windowssenp… . It has many more sounds, including non-Windows sounds! However, you can still download this.

This is an almost complete collection of Windows sounds, along with sounds from related programs. I've worked on this since January 2017. If there are any missing sounds or problems with this collection, please let me know. If you want one of your own sound schemes added to this collection, let me know and I'll add it to the unofficial sound schemes folder.

1.0 06/03/2017 - Initial release.

2.0 19/06/2017 - Added lots more sounds, including but not limited to: Windows 3.0 MME, Cortana, Windows Mobile 6.5, OS/2 Warp, more Messenger sounds, and the fake 2000 Beta 3 and WinFLP sounds.

2.5 27/06/2017 - Added Mobile 5.0-6.1 sounds, Windows 10 Insider Preview sounds, xpAlto sounds, Plus! 95 Beta sounds and more Aura sounds, corrected a few errors. Thanks to feandesign and Whirl for pointing many of these out.

3.0 16/07/2017 - Added Microsoft Money and Works sounds, games sounds (only for built in ones; it's not like I'm gonna add every Halo sound for instance), fake OS sounds, Windows Media Bonus Pack sounds, and Windows Phone 7, 8 and 10 sounds.

3.3 04/08/2017 - Added Microsoft Entertainment Pack sounds, fLight sounds (due to their association with Windows Never Released), various unofficial startup and shutdowns, Internet Explorer 5 sounds, removed xpAlto sounds (it's just a bunch of random Windows sounds already present)

3.5 18/08/2017 - Added Microsoft Agent sounds, Windows 10 metro app sounds, and Solitaire Collection sounds.

4.0 23/08/2017 - Added LOTS of downloadable Windows Mobile 6 ringtones, Windows 7 ringtones, XP 2481 sounds, Encarta 2002 sounds, 98 TV Tuner sounds, and Longhorn Mobile sounds. Decided to release this a little earlier than anticipated.

5.0 07/10/2017 - Cleaned up Phone 8 and Mobile 6.x folders, added more OS/2 Warp sounds (thanks to fean), Madobe Touko sounds, BingTones, ? Mark sounds, some Microsoft Bob sounds (MANY are still missing though), Aura II sounds, Chip's Challenge sounds (thanks to StomperYoshi), Mac Windows application sounds, several fanmade 7 sound schemes and Plus! 98 Beta sounds. This will probably be one of the last major releases.
