These are the three countries of the Axis of Evil: Ba'athist Iraq, North Korea and Iran

The term comes from George W. Bush's State of the Union address less than five months after 9/11 to describe foreign governments that, during his administration, allegedly sponsered terrorism and sought weapons of mass destruction, and these being the ones mentioned above, and also beyond the Axis of Evil which includes: Syria, Libya under Gaddafi and Cuba

(AUG302023ME: just to make it clear... I'm not implying a glorification of these three regime, they're very bad and they should not be glorified (like Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union, and the Confederate States), but it's not like y'all can comment on this... oh, and this art is cringe)
