(Now that i'm done with the JoJo OC's, it's time to go back to my usual schedule.)
A mysterious member of the student council, Calaca.
Real Name: Berg Francisco Martín
Species: Superhuman?(Mutant type?)
Sex: Male.
Height: 176 cm
Weight: 65 kg
Personality:
Berg has a quite eery and creepy personality, he's very quiet and rarely speaks to anyone, usually preferring not to be seen by the people around him.
Using a mask to hide his face, Berg prefers to hide his thoughts and emotions from anyone, and only speaks in moments of absolute necessity, to the point that he won't respond to people even if they talk directly to him.
Barely showing any reaction, Berg also doesn't seem to respond to verbal attacks, only showing any response when one directly attacks him physically; and in such situations he will normally respond with aggression.
Many people wonder if Berg is actually a human and not some kind of robot or something like that, and even Berg himself isn't entirely sure of what he is.
He can be frequently seen doing strange things, such as:
Staring blankly into seemingly normal things.
Carrying random stuff in his pockets and/or backpack(like tea-cups, fake knifes, hats, etc.), normally in unnecessarily large quantities.
Moving in a stiff and artificial way, almost like a machine.
And in the rare instances when he actually talks, throwing random words that don't connect to what he's saying at the end of his sentences.*
It was later found out that Berg's strange behaviour was caused by the use of two illicit chemicals: "Fire Witch" and "Crimson King", which separate do not cause any effect, but if mixed cause the enhancing the abilities of a superhuman, but also make become delusional deattached from the world around them, making them behave in a completely absurd and nonsensical manner; as well as damaging the pharingis stiffening the joints, making it hard for the user to speak and move normally.

Berg is the fastest superhuman that anyone's ever seen, reaching speeds so high that it looks more like some sort of teleportation, rather than actual movement.
Berg's speed adds even more to his sinister aura, making him able to appear in places out of the blue and show up in school before anyone else, making his presence somewhat similar to the one of a ghost.
Every movement he makes is simply too fast to be detected, so no matter how much Berg moves, he always seems to be standing still.
