before u say anything- i've had this ref for ages
longer than the Loki series has been out
so no, he's not named after Loki, but yes, I'll be drawing cameos lmao
he's one of my fave boys, and one of Wing's closest friends

so Loki is a changeling Hypogriff hybrid (an unreformed changeling hypogriff hybird). His father tricked his mother by transforming into a male hypogriff and enchanting her, feeding off her love and leaving her pregnant and alone. however her father came clean 5 months into her pregnancy, and they agreed that he could help with the baby while it was young, just so Flame Streak wouldn't be on her own. Loki was a very- odd looking baby. He was like a perfect fusion of a hypogriff and a changeling, which although was gorgeous to his loving parents, was a danger to the foal itself. due to this, Buzz had to protect hsi son with changeling magic to make him appear more 'normal', maybe not like a regular hippogriff, but more explainable. Loki grew up really shy and polite, sweet and kind. He loved making friends and going on adventures with them, staying up late with his dad and eating popcorn whilst learning new spells. however when Loki got older, it became harder for his father to protect him and his appearance, so he had to learn to do it himself. He became a massive book worm, studying spells and magic and alicorns and unicorns, learning transformation spells and many more. however in his research, he also found information on hybrids, and the rulers of Equestria. He found the laws, the punishment, the cruelty they and their parents had to endure all for falling in love. He began resenting himself, fearing what would happen to him if his true form ever surfaced. He lived in fear, scared to leave his house, practicing his magic to strengthen it so his transformation would never break accidentally. His mother gifted him some of her shells, allowing him to Travel to SeaQuestria whenever he felt too scared to go anywhere on the surface. He remains sweet, kind and humble, just wanting to help ponies and hybrids reach equality, but is too scared to act since he's all on his own- or so he thinks.

some facts about my pigeon boy-
-his transformed form is feathery and soft all over
-he has a small stutter that emerges when he's nervous
-he has fangs in this form too
-hard bisexual
