shady is probably a terrible nickname for this horse, that is unless you have decided to use him to actually provide him shade. at nine he is pretty much a been there done that kinda horse, while other horses think that scary rock on the ground is gonna eat them, he just sighs and walks right on past. he isn't a very vocal horse, its rare for him to even nicker or whinny, sometimes we wonder if he even can. he is the one stallion you can trust just about any little kid on or around, as he will just sit there with his head as low as it can get in the cross-ties and just occasionally work his mouth, or just shift his weight, and any kid that doesn't know what their doing, eh they can kick, whip and spur all they want, he'll just mozy along at a perfectly slow and lazy walk. the only thing is, that he is completely terrified of cows, having always lived on a farm where there were absolutely none he doesn't trust the things, especially with them being over half his size. there is just one quirk about him though, while he is completely fine going past other horses in the arena he is still fairly competitive from his racing days, and you'll see it, he kinda cocks his head and actually looks around and starts riding against the bit a little more, but it isn't a dangerous quality in him.

so this is a test run of the new ref sheets for VOS Farm with our sweet and lovable slim shady. This took us about three days on and off to make and the credits for the components are below.
