This was a conflicted hero that never got much attention; or shelf time. I think that Image Ink had pumped this one out in 1995 or '96; never found out what happened to him.

I remember that AIDS ridden avenger of Justice. I liked the series a lot back then ( then again I was young) but it would be cool to see something like this, that you have done, implemented and made into a new series. Let writers come in and mess with the characters a bit. Hmm.
