Description
A Theme entirely based off Windows 98. Built off the one based off Windows 95, I fixed and corrected some of the sounds' usage, added the Wallpaper, and even got icons for Network, Recycle Bin, the user account and the "This PC" Icon.

If you are wondering why some of the text is wacky, it's because I disabled the smooth fonts for my preview, just for some better effect on the image. I think it looks more like WIN98 that way, so I recommend doing that if you want further effect.
