Yes, this is the same model from Miss October in Maui re-purposed as one of Semiramis' best friends mentioned under Red Queen . There were two of them, Ariadne and Eleni, devils from one of Hell's more decadent districts. I can probably use the same model for both because...

Though they had different mothers, Ariadne and Eleni met early on and the two girls noticed striking similarities between them. They began to suspect that they had the same father, that they were half-sisters. The unnamed male in question was probably one of the Royal Guard. Guards were forbidden to have families while in service, only casual relationships, and it would explain why Ariadne and Eleni's mothers both refused to say much about him or seek the male out even though they'd clearly chosen to have children by him. Its a peculiar trait of djinn females that they can turn a certain biological function on and off at will which means they only get pregnant when they want to. And that means there was something about this mystery male that made both mothers decide he was worth having a child by even if they never saw him again. One of the Royal Guard, especially one of the Royal Family's Elite Guard, could have inspired that kind of desire.

When Ariadne and Eleni befriended Semiramis they became inseparable. For three years they were notorious in certain circles and were sometimes called "The Moirai" or "The Three Fates," but mostly just, "The Weird Sisters." The trio styled their hair the same, wore similar makeup and clothing. Obvious differences lay in the fact that Ariadne and Eleni had tails, had been born with them, while Semiramis was not. Semiramis also had dark eyes while her friends had the common yellow of their kind. In time, with the changes going on in her, Semiramis learned how to change her eye color and adopted something similar to theirs.

When Semiramis had to abandon her secret life without explanation and leave her friends behind a mutual acquaintance, suspecting the truth, enticed Ariadne and Eleni away from the district, had them trained as handmaidens, and then gave them to the princess. Semiramis was overjoyed to have her friends back, revealed the truth to them, and they've been with her ever since. The identity of their father has never been uncovered, but Semiramis was able to find enough clues to support the long-held belief that they were half-sisters. Genetic testing has since proven that they are.

Edit: I tried doing a portrait of all three together - two of this model on either side of the Red Queen's model. It crashed, so this here is one piece of it.
