CLICK DOWNLOADI'm just uploading the AoH character sheet template again so I am able to make edits to it.
What's included is a PSD file, with all the essential layers, and two PNG images, for those who can't use programs that support layers such as Photoshop, GIMP, etc.
Here is an explanation of the layers from top to bottom:
- First layer is a placeholder for your character artwork. Please hide or delete this layer and place your own artwork there. The character artwork must be between waist-up and full body.
- Text layer for your character's name. The font used is Trajan Pro.
- Text layer for your character's age and house. The font used is Georgia.
- Text layer for your character's personal quote. The font used is Georgia Italic.
- Template design and background is last. You do not need to modify these layers.
If you do not have any of the fonts mentioned above, you may use a different serif font such as Times New Roman, Palatino, Garamond, etc. If you do not have text tool (e.g. SAI), you may neatly handwrite your character's information instead. It must be legible and readable. Only handwrite if you really need to.

I dont really understand how to create a character.
I mean i have one ready but I dont have the character template sheet and I dont have Photoshop either.
I am really confused and I dont know what to do.
Can you please explain it to me.

First, click on the download button to get the ZIP file. Then extract the files from it using a program like WinRAR or 7-Zip . Get a digital imaging program like GIMP , Paint.NET , or use the web-based SumoPaint . Open the PSD file with one of these programs. Add a new layer and paste your character art onto it. Save it as a JPG or PNG and upload it to dA. Any questions?

I thought it might be helpful to tell you that DOWNLOAD is using winRAR with is full with viruses and other harmful devices to one's computer.

i assure you that the zip file on this deviation is safe, and you should only download winrar from its official website [link] where it's safe. you could use a free alternative such as 7-zip [link] to open the zip file instead.

I keep downloading it but everytime i upload it in my photoshop all that appears is a blank canvas Q.Q

you first need to unzip it, and open the psd file with photoshop or something that supports it. but if you don't have photoshop, you can use the png that is included.

I cant get it to open in my photoshop im probably doing something wrong,
if i click open it comes up with my peice of fail photo veiwer that doesnt even work....

OK~! Thank you very much for answering, I am trying to at least have the character finished completely from the waist up so that I can have him ready for whenever the enrolls begin and finish coloring his pants and shoes later calmly.

Is it necessary to post the sheet in this small size or can we make it bigger? Tho that would make the sign blurred...but I still don't wanna post separate bigger version of my chara D:

You can make it bigger and upload that. May I ask how much bigger do you want to make it? We already have plans for a new version of the character sheet template. Please forward to that!

That sounds great! In the end I uploaded a separate bigger version because the blurred sign really annoyed me xD
If you're planning to make a bigger version, I'd suggest something like 600 x 700 or so ^^
