Here's a relatively quick doodle from Our Blessed Virgin Mary holding a teeny baby Jesus I made for last year's Christmas, but never got the chance of posting...
As you may know, I'm a Catholic with a true love for my beloved Heavenly Mother. My mother made her a promise, to which I have been brought to life - so I was practically a miracle, I guess, haha~!
I like the idea of Mary having a slight dark skin colour, just like Jesus Himself. Working with her blue tones here, and with her hair was delightful.

Hopefully I can re-create this picture into something better for this year!
