This photo of Smarty had actually been taken the previous summer.

I've always loved it despite the crappy background because I don't have many shots of his full body and here you can see his awesome fluffy ringed tail properly :3 I guess it looks like the tail of a raccoon or red panda and I assure you that it's extra-soft to the touch!

On a side note, I know it may seem that he was posing for me, but I actually had to attract his attention with a random toy. I also truly like the great colour match between the table cloth and the cat's eyes, which was fortuitous, since my mother bought that cloth and I didn't have any other.

In the revamp, I improved the contrast, sharpness, and color balance, and updated the watermark. This shot really didn't need much additional postprocessing.
