Ohhhh I really enjoy the style on this one and the way you shade is unique and still pleasing to the eye!
The only critique I really have is that the left foot looks like it is turned towards the viewer and not away. Maybe try to change the position of the foot a little bit so she is on her toes and the viewer can see the bottom of her shoe.
Otherwise I'm really digging the pose! :3
