Description
Because of course I can't make ALL the starters for my Scandinavia-inspired pokémon region before I make another dog pokémon.Retrievers are probably the most commonly owned dog here, and there's NO water type dog pokémon, so of course I had to make a water-type retriever!
Tollup unique attacks:
Puppy Kiss [Fairy] - The used cutely licks its foes' face, reducing its defense. This can cause the target to flinch.
Bark [Normal] - The user riles itself up by barking loudly, raising its speed and attack stats.
Whimper [Dark] - The user whimpers to feign fear or injury, reducing the targets' attack stat.
Bellyflop [Water] - The user leaps upp high and bellyflops onto the target to damage it. The smaller the target, the bigger the damage.
Fetch [Normal] - The user rushes in and fetches the targets' item. This also boosts the users' accuracy.
Puppy Eyes [Normal] - The user stares at the target with large, sad puppy eyes. This reduces the targets' special attack. This move has priority +1.
