I like the overall feel. I think I might term it retro fusion. But that could be just because I'm reminded of a 40s-50s era pinup by the silhouette and the overall background reminds me of the beaded doorways which began to gain popularity because of hippies....
I am left wondering how you were able to resist the visual play on the words of the sign, though...
