I'm going to draw more of this, and making an actual au (I have several ideas for other swap characters), sooo I'm definitely gonna put pink stripes on Shadow for the final version

This is quite good! But I have some small advices:
1: Think about the place of the character in the picture. It's a bit weird to see the foot being cropped when there is so many free space upside.
2: I don't really understand what he's doing with his arm. Always try to draw both arms.
3: try to draw an action line before drawing anything. The character looks a bit static here
4: The expression and the whole anatomy in general is pretty good. Maybe you can try to draw his hands a bit bigger. Imagine him giving a punch to somebody, a BIG hand would have a BIGGER impact!
In general, Sonic doesn't have a human anatomy, he's really cartoony. And cartoon is EXAGGERATION! Try to draw everything, it doesn't have to be always anatomically correct. The most important thing is to make him feel alive, to make people understand who your character is just by looking at him.
