In my opinion, a character design is not just showing the dressing or equipment details, it's more important to show the characteristic of your OC, in pose, expression or even environment. The comment was the first thing I saw and it covered the entire screen of my phone. If a comment is 1. Big and 2. Irrelevant, then it could very well count as spam, that's all. No one is supposed to do this...
