By exploiting the capabilities of bullfighting, he transforms people into bull-men under his control, causing the creation of a bullfighting-themed world. By shooting beams at people, he transforms them into bulls which he can control by specifying a color that they can rush at. He also uses a pair of horn gauntlets as weapons, and can blow away enemies with an Enthusiasm Storm.
