A gift for JCFanfics and TUFFAgentShepherd .Hoser is one of Sledge's outlaws. He is able to spray a special mist from his head which extinguishes the fire within people's hearts, causing them to lose all hope and motivation to do anything. He also sprays acidic foam from his hose-like arms and uses them to whip, grab, or throw enemies aside. His Japanese name is Debo Shobon.
