For SAS Page 44 , this is me as I was figuring out the one point perspective boxes for Sonic and the Chaos Emeralds with the finalized boxes shown here with Sonic's ground plane moved up.

By step 2, I realized it was better to start with the feet, but the thought process from these stops helped to understand what to de then.

I feel dumb calling the ground plane the picture plane oy! If it was the picture plane, you'd see nothing but ground! But it's like for above, instead of seeing what's behind the picture plane and not in front of it, when doing perspective on the ground, or as shown visually well here in this short Perspective Fundaments video www.youtube.com/watch?v=nahph-… , it's almost like when you're doing one point from "above" you're seeing what's in front of the picture plane/ground plane instead, and not behind it, or so it seemed to me.
