Wonderful piece but I do have a piece of technical criticism. I don't understand how there are waterfalls when it looks like it should be too cold for any water to not be frozen. You've got mountains of snow right next to running water. Snow on the mountain peaks and running water below would work.

Beginning of polar spring, all that running water is meltoff. This is how you get streams on the surface of glaciers IRL.

This is terribly impressive work!
I switched to full-screen, added the suggested music track and enjoyed. The resulting effect was so strong that I imagined how it would be to sit in the spaceship flying there and it gives me the shivers.
