Clash was originally made in Cuba as a wind research robot, build for being able to survive inside an intense hurricane and prevent people from suffering. His weapons include a wind dominater, a very powerful, yet small chopper blade which is able to control and form any type of tornado. Another weapon of his, is the harpoon which is able to catch people which are about to be sucked into a tornado or a cyclone.
