Now that we've got that out of the way, here's the form and underneath the dogs on the grid and where they came from!

Simple or complex (Simple will have the child be essentially a carbon copy of their parents marking wise with the exception maybe being able to have a grandparents markings, Complex will give the child unique markings and may give the child traits of their grandparents, ex. Alue x Buster child may have a similar color to Balto instead of either of them + have a marking that their breed usually has but they themselves don't.):

Any specific wants/details(Ex. Want the child to look more like one parent, or for the child to be blind in the right eye):

TThe first pup will cost 30 points, Every other pup will cost 15 points!
