They were good games and I loved them, but Activision's involvement with them is ultimately what killed them.
Namely, Transformers Rise of the Dark Spark.

They used the same story for Transformers Cybertron for the Transformers Rise of the Dark Spark.
But, if you look at the story, the Transformers Cybertron games were supposed to follow the Transformers Prime time line. NOT the Bayverse, but Activision took the Transformer Cybertron models and sound files for the Rise of the Dark Spark game, and ultimately killed it. It ruined the story of the game, it was obvious that Activision was lazy and rushed the game's production, and ultimately, the bugs that appeared in War for Cybertron that was fixed in Fall of Cybertron, came back with full force in Rise of the Dark Spark.
Ultimately, Activision did kill the Cybertron serious, but High Moon, the creaters of the game, ultimately wasn't able to continued the game series due the fuck up they made, that is, The Deadpool video game.

Yep. Plus, there's the fact that Activision likes to make games halfway complete, and the releasing the rest of the game in payed DLCs.
