Here's Second Chance Doom compared to Neutral Doom!

I'm surprised how quick i got this done tbh, then again their designs are purposely a little bland

So, in Neutral, Doom is still the leader of the Black Arms even after his defeat. In Second Chance, however, he was stripped of his title once he was defeated and Eclipse ended up taking over the hivemind. All beings in the hivemind left with Eclipse, while all free thinking Black Arms stayed on Mobius and integrated in with the rest of society. There are hybrids and normal Black Arms citizens now mixed into Mobius' population.

Second Chance Doom, now without a kingdom or good word to his name, decided to open a business. He runs a shitty apartment complex. A damn good one, but, with shitty apartments nonetheless. When Elise was booking a place for the three siblings to live, she wasn't really looking for the best ones for them. They could defend themselves, so she didn't pay too much mind to critical reviews. Null, all by himself after the girls run off with their dates, comes to the apartment to fully take ownership of their apartment. He ran into Black Doom, the former alien tyrant, at the desk and they unceremoniously fell into a heated affair. It was Null's first taste of rebellion. And while Doom loves his little prince, he also knows this is the perfect opportunity to gain some kind of royal status again. So, he's half genuine towards Null, half playing him
