What were your rex's plans for the future when they were young? How does it contrast with their present?
Harley always wanted to be a soldier for the Dome. She wanted to keep it safe, not let anything hurt the ones inside... It wouldn't have been a good life for her, despite what her younger self may have thought. The pirate life suits her so, so much better.
