Alright, so my BFF made a werewolf pirate OC based off of my persona, which is the most flattering and heartwarming thing to me (she said that it's fun to draw my characters and I'm just ). Ily man, thank you ;-;

So anyway, Selene is the first mate of Margate, the captain my BFF also created (She basically created the entire crew). After the Strawhats met them at a tavern, they became buddies, and they'll have cool parties and cookouts on the ocean when they stumble into one another.
It's pretty rad.
