"A God Man digimon with the mastered ability over foresight and prediction. It used to be one of the strongest warriors venerated in the Homeros server, but it was cast down to the Dark Area after stealing Vulcanusmon's fire. Though it has since escaped, it has been cursed to take the form it does today. Also, it can see into the future due to its great foresight, and as such is able to perfectly predict when and where the opponent may attack. Though it uses Vulcanusmon's Bomber Art to attack, its true Special Move is a paralyzing palm strike aimed at the opponent's vitals (Eagle Arm)."

Attacks
Bomber Art: The technique stolen from Vulcanusmon. Though it similarly can radiate flames, it instead uses these flames for a quick and simple attack.
Eagle Arm: A paralyzing palm strike aimed at the opponent's weak point.
Hephaestus Sigil: Summons Vulcanusmon's flames around itself, creating a barrier from below to protect itself and allies from attacks.

Here's another fan digimon planned for Digimon Arcana, wasting away in the drawing board until now. Promethemon would have been the biomerge between Milos and BatDaemon until the group suddenly closed- though, it's still their Biomerge.

Prometheus himself was the titan god of forethought, who created humans from clay and defied the gods for humankind by stealing fire, either from Zeus or (in some other probable accounts, Hephaestus.) Due to this, Prometheus was chained to a rock and had his liver eaten each day by an eagle, until saved by Hercules. The myth's events cause another myth: the story of Pandora's Box, which leads to his brother Epimethius unwittingly accepting the "gift" of the gods through the titular Pandora and causes suffering upon mankind through opening the jar she carried around.

Of course, I wanted to incorporate his myths in its design and lore. The fire motif and ties with Hephaestus I made as Promethemon stealing data from Vulcanusmon. The eagle motif was an inspiration to make Promethemon slightly more birdlike. I also incorporated small parts of Titamon into it due to Prometheus being a titan, and of course the symbols on its shoulder shields are a nod to eyes. I would've added chains as well, but that would've made the design way too busy. The chestplate somewhat resembles a stylized bird head as well.

Someone suggested boar hooves instead of talons and I tried it, but I went back to the eagle talons. I feel like the eagle talons are better for the design anyways (and this is Digimon after all; if a cat's mega can be a dragon, then a boar knight can segway into a bird warrior.)

I had this design idea since around 2014 and just now finalized it, and I finally got to a point where I feel satisfied.

ALSO fun fact: Promethemon's clad in Brown Digizoid. Despite me envisioning it to be a tank, I did want flexibility and I envisioned its armor to be brown.
