"The wind never bothered me anyway."I present to you, Queen Elsa if she manipulated wind/air. I replaced her ice-crystallized bodice with sequin and she also has actual white hair!

Heeeeey, you've got a series of Elsa with different powers! Cool, do you the Earth? Fire and Air (Zephyr I suppose illustrates this power) I've seen, so there's the Earth and Water (but the original Elsa can be "being in one of the water conditions - frozen")))) left.
