Description
"Cruelty" is a Unique Horror with a demon like appearance and red glowing eyes. He feeds off the pain and misery of humans and other horrors while laughing with excitement and joy, though not physically strong what makes him danger is his ability to make anyone go insane and in some instances suicidal by just being close to him as seen in the Insanity Incident in a small town in Soviet Russia. However this ability doesn't effect everyone equally as a few people are not effected by this while others gain a cult like mentality as seen with the death row inmate we used for this experiment. The only place we could contain "Cruelty" without getting innocent civilians in danger is under the death row block in ■■■■■■■ prison.
