Description
The "Doll Maker" is usually seen in cemeteries but can also be seen walking around the city. From what we've seen he can make any type of doll though he is mainly seen making sack dolls. The Doll Maker always appears to people who have recently felt grief from the lost of someone they loved, or if they have been wronged whether if they got cheated, heartbroken, wrongfully punished, etc. He always presents to the person a doll of a person the know bowing while extending his arms with the doll in his hands. Depending whether they've lost that him/her or if they wronged the one receiving the doll it'll either be a sack doll or a voodoo doll. However there is a catch with the voodoo doll, if the person uses the doll the Doll Maker will take part of the soul of the one who used the doll and turn it into a button.
